CANCELLATION POLICY

Private sessions in person and online:

Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the session fee. 

If you do not show or are more than 30 minutes late for your session, the same cancellation fee of 50 percent of session fee will apply. I will do my best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.

In a true, unavoidable emergency, your cancellation might be applied to a future session, at Pavla’s discretion.

Products:

All fees for Audio and MP3 products purchased are non-refundable. If a payment plan has been agreed, you will be held accountable in completing the agreed payments at the agreed times.

All fees for any future programmes, bundles and retreats are non-refundable. In case of unfortunate events, illness or other reasons prohibiting clients from taking part or attending, they must contact Pavla.

If you purchase a bundle or package and find that you are unable to use your sessions for any reason, you may put your remaining sessions on hold for a period agreed with Pavla.  Should you decide to cancel the process without completing your coaching sessions, you will lose those sessions and will still be liable for any outstanding balance payments.
